Compassionate Care That Truly Comforts I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the entire nursing staff and Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) at this practice. From the moment I walk through the door, I feel genuinely cared for and supported. It’s truly reassuring to know that my healthcare providers are not only highly skilled, but also deeply compassionate. Experiencing this level of kindness and dedication has put me at ease, even during stressful times, because I can see how much they genuinely care about my well-being. Attentive, Kind, and Encouraging Team For me, every interaction with the nurses and ANPs here has been marked by genuine warmth and patience. Each team member consistently goes above and beyond in caring for patients. Some of the qualities that make this nursing team so exceptional include: • Gentle and Kind – They approach every interaction with warmth and tenderness, making me feel comfortable and at ease. • Encouraging and Supportive – They always provide uplifting encouragement, which gives me confidence and helps me stay positive during care. • Attentive Listeners – Each nurse and ANP takes the time to listen carefully to my concerns, ensuring I feel heard and understood. • Reassuring Presence – They offer constant reassurance, easing my anxieties and giving me peace of mind about my health. These qualities make the nursing team truly outstanding and turn every visit into a positive experience. Lasting Impact and Heartfelt Thanks Having such a dedicated and caring team looking after me has made a lasting impact on my healthcare journey. It is incredibly reassuring to know I am in such good hands whenever I need care. I only wish I could thank each nurse and ANP by name, as they all deserve special recognition for their outstanding care. My heart is filled with gratitude for every member of this team, and I absolutely love and appreciate each of them for the comfort and hope they have given me. I just felt i needed to say a few words of praise for my GP’s surgery after my appointment today. I saw my GP today, who was my own GP and is absolutely brilliant, I told her that I felt bad having an appointment, as there were others more poorly than myself. She immediately put me at ease and listened to everything I had to say, she reviewed my meds, checked me over and prescribed another medication to help me out. My GP was very thorough and gave me good advice and help going forward. I can’t thank her enough for being such a good GP and also the receptionists as well for rebooking me further appointments. I for one was very impressed with the help and service provided at the Burgess Road Surgery. Thank you so much.

Had an appointment today which I was unable to attend and my lovely doctor changed it to a telephone consultation the service was amazing and I am extremely grateful for her thoughtfulness under the circumstances I would like to add that all the doctors, nurse and staff at this surgery are nothing but lovely and are always kind and professional. I did just think that the kindness this doctor showed me today was above and beyond.
