On 14 March. I phoned the surgery at 8.20. and was told I was 21st in the que. However they called back in 10 mins and took my details. I then filled in a questionnaire and shortly afterwards a clinician called and listened symptoms. He invited me to the surgery at 2.30. On arrival I was called in to talk to me. He listened carefully and sounded my chest. He gave me a prescription for antibiotics and I was home by 3.15. I was impressed and really appreciated the care I was given ,

I suffer with 2 mental disorders one of which can be severely debilitating. Since joining this practice I can't thank everyone enough,the receptionists are all caring, kind and helpful but above all listen My previous practice was fine up until they consolidated then it was a choice of 3 which put my mental health shy high.The receptionists were appalling and I nearly had another relapse. I would like to say that joining this practice was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life ,everybody has treated me with kindness, thank you so very much to all staff you are all amazing

I have today had a coil. The doctor so so kind, explained what was going to happen before and during the procedure. I was nervous but absolutely no need to be!

Hearing a particular receptionist answer my call is really a comforting thing....she is professional polite and knows her job..she listens to what you have to say and advises you promptly....receptionists can get a raw deal being first person you talk to..but this woman gets *****..wish I could name. her. But thank you

I came out of hospital on Tuesday 11th Feb after knee replacement surgery. Phoned surgery on Wednesday as I required more pain relief medication. Receptionist answered all my questions and said she would sort it out for me. Received text on Thursday saying all sorted and prescription sent to pharmacy. Hot medication on Friday. A pleasure to deal with

Today I had my coil changed over and the doctor was very professional and friendly. She made me feel at ease and was very reassuring.

Excellent care and now it is so much easier to make an appointment! The phone was answered immediately and then the automated message confirmed I would get a call back which happened as promised. The care coordinator referred me to the GP and I was offered a morning appointment plus Flu jab. This process is a great improvement.
