   Would be helpful if your admin staff communicated better with patients. I contacyed to request her to book for a routine appointment at 5h30 today 25.3.25. Female staff did not even let me explain properly It was a routine appintment nor she explained that they dont book appointments after 5h30 which is the time i called. Please make sure staff actually informs why they cant book routine appointments and make sure they speak in friendly manner rather than shouting " you need to call tomorrow" several times and no other explanation. It looked like she did not want to do any jobs at 5h30 when the surgery closes at 6pm.
