I walked in with a item in my ear. Even though I had no appointment I was seen quickly and all was resolved.

Handling of repeat prescriptions has been irresponsible and dangerous. I've had long gaps in medications that I can't safely be off and I consistently have difficulties getting repeat medications prescribed. In the case of one medication, I've been rationing for over a month, have been taking half the dosage I should have been, have finally run out entirely, and the surgery are still refusing to prescribe. Extremely non-communicative with patients and internal communication seems very poor. On multiple occassions, I've had a request for a repeat prescription rejected without any communication that that has even happened, let alone the reason why. Please - I just want my meds so I can live my life :'(

Have tried for many weeks to get an appointment. Lack of information on their website to find out what times appointments are available. A lot of information on their website, but is it relevant information?? Tried to ring the practice, but had to wait on the phone for so long!

Reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Didn't have to wait too long for my appointment. The nurse made me feel relaxed before administrating my vaccination.

The nurse was extremely professional but given I was there for a procedure was also very efficient. She provided me with all the relevant information, how results will be communicated and then timelines.

Nurse was very engaging and made sure all the relevant tests were done for this annual review.Reception staff helpful and good natured. I had to go back a couple of times within the hour due to forgetting something and the staff made the whole experience a pleasant one.

Have rang morning afternoon been on line still can't get appointments... was told go on line for 1.30 still no appointments .... why is it so difficult to get appointments or to speak to a doctor face to face I need to speak to a doctor not the receptionist...about my personal problem.. is there anyone that can help me .j benham
