I recently contacted the surgery as I needed some documentation. Although it was an unusual request, here I am today not two days later with the exact documentation required. I know how stretched everyone is in the NHS right now, so I am stunned and grateful for the help with this. That said, this has been my practice for 25 years. Given that there are other local options, my loyalty is a true recommendation, I hope.

I had an appointment with the practice nurse yesterday and had a really positive experience. She was friendly and welcoming, I didn't feel rushed and she was very thorough in her questioning. Very lucky to have Burnt Ash supporting the local community, thank you!

The staff I've dealt with in my 3 years of being a patient at this surgery are always understanding and professional. Today was no exception. I felt listened to and understood and positive about steps forward for my predicament. Overall, very satisfied with experiences here :)

Being worried about my 3 yr old child the reassurance and support from our GP was just what I needed. Thoroughly assessed my child and prompt care delivery. I would recommend this practice to friends and family.

I left a prescription from hospital 10 days ago and I am still waiting for a signature to pass it on to the pharmacy. I called the surgery a few times I even went to the surgery yesterday and the lady at the reception told me that they will sent it today one times on the phone and also yesterday when I was there but unfortunately it did not happen. I went to the pharmacy a few times because I trusted them what they told me. This situation is so stressful and give me so much anxiety.

Excellent treatment. Doctor was extremely warm, friendly and so supportive and helpful. She put me at my ease straight away. Unlike other Practices you can usually get an appointment on the day you ask for it

Called in the afternoon and spoke to someone for 2 minutes on the phone as I asked for an emergency appointment, was asked if I wanted a phone all or in person appointment - chose for in person, was told to come down at 4:30 which I did and was told my name isn’t on the system for an appointment. Wasn’t given an apology or anything, just going home with my sick self

I was with this surgery for many years. As a diabetic non existent reviews and when trying to book appointments 4 weeks wait! It took 5 weeks to be referred to hospital for abdominal issues - now had operation.

I am new in the area and joined Burntash surgery as it's nearest and also neighbours recommended. Past forty years I had lived in Bromley and Bexley area and had not so pleasant experiences with GP services and especially front staff members booking appointments. After joining Burntash surgery I was blown away by their frontline staff and their professional and friendly attitude which they show to all patients either on phone or in person. I am very pleased so far and May they continue with their golden services in similar way. Thanks you all.
