Lovely calm environment helpful staff and burscough practice plenty of seats nice and clean. The doctor I saw was very helpful and made me as ease. Discussed my history and I found the doctor very professional we had a bit of a laugh too. I would definitely recommend the practice and I would be very happy to go there again

I was seen to very quickly which is important when working full time. The staff were very friendly, informative and professional. The only draw back is getting an appointment to take out my stitches. I have been told there are no appointments with a local nurse and that I need to go to A&E to get my stitches removed. Last time I was at A&E we waited 36 hours?

I felt relaxed and at ease from the moment I stepped into the room. I was having moles removed and didn't really know what to expect. The doctor and the nurse were both very professional and caring

I was made to feel at ease on entering the clinic.I felt very little discomfort having my procedure, the staff where very helpful.

Went for minor surgery. A little nervous. The surgeon himself was really nice and put me at ease quickly with some witty banter. Op done in a minute or two. Good laughs throughout and after. Honestly don’t know what I was bothered about in the first place! No pain, all sorted Thanks Doc

Down to earth Doctor, really easy to talk to. I like that I was able to receive my treatment on a Saturday, therefore not having to take time off work
