Pleasantly welcomed at reception, short waiting time, Doctor and nurse made me feel at ease. The minor procedure was explained to me and then performed quick and efficiently.

I had an issue which my GP (At a different practice) was not to bothered about but he referred me to Burscough for my peace of mind. They were awesome, super helpful, very empathetic, and quick to act. They performed a minor procedure whilst in the appointment and a week later I was back to have the stitches removed. Everything was seamless and they were really friendly throughout the process which made everything so much more reassuring. Brilliant.

Attended a Saturday afternoon skin clinic for minor surgery. Easy to book. Lovely staff. So much easier than going to the hospital.

Lovely welcome to the practice, nice clean waiting area, everything prior to the procedure explained properly, called through on time, nurse & Dr both very professional & friendly & made procedure comfortable, after care thoroughly explained

After being welcomed at the Family Practice desk, I was asked to sit in the waiting area.where I filled in a form which the receptionist had given me. After about fifteen minutes my name was called, and I was taken through to the minor surgery department. The Dr welcomed me and I gave him the form which I had signed There were also two nurses in the room The Dr checked I was ok, I was then asked to lie down, I was given a small painless injection, and within seconds the surgery was over. A dressing was put on the small wound, I left feeling very happy. ..

Visited for minor surgery. Was seen very quickly and was put at my ease at all times. The surgery was completed quickly bug not rushed and the atmosphere with the doctor and nurse was lovely, very relaxed.

I received a phone call to come in on the 13th January because there was a cancellation.I went had my miner surgery everything was explained what they were going to do.Went smoothly everything was fine and well organised.
