I would like to thank all the Staff at the practice for their professionalism. Having attended for Minor Surgery recently, I was made to feel very relaxed ,& everything was explained to me step by step! Even the timescale was very short to have me attend for the Minor Surgery. In my view its an excellent surgery in the heart of a growing village.

Only waited a short time for my minor surgery to be done after initial appointment. Everything about my journey from initial chat to the surgery itself was carried out efficiently and professionally. Great practice.

The op was carried out quickly and efficiently with little pain, the doctor and nurse put me at ease and explained the procedure, which went well. I would definitely recommend minor surgery at Burscough Family Practice

Fantastic service from start to finish. Admin team were polite and very efficient. Procedure was explained thoroughly and I was made to feel at ease throughout the whole process. Clinician and their assistant were both very professional, caring and kind. Overall a fantastic service.

When I went into the surgery, the Dr immediately made me feel comfortable he chatted away to me before I realised the operation was done. Minimal fuss and no discomfort . Great experience
