Got an appointment the same day I rang,and then a follow on appointment I needed the week after. I have needed to see/speak to doctor a few times recently and have always been able to do so the same day.

Had minor surgery both doctor and nurse were very professional and courteous and put me at ease had a great sense of humour which made me feel l was in safe hands

Not my surgery as I came to a clinic. Excellent service from beginning to end. Appointment was made from my own surgery in tarleton and the entire process was very slick . Phone call to alter appointment . Very polite and organised .

I could not fault the service that was provided to me including the short timescale before I received treatment. This is not relevant to my review about the service I received but about my response to the further 5 questions. Some of the questions were not relevant but there was no “not applicable” response available so I just answered neither satisfied nor unsatisfied when the answer would have been n/a.

Appointment ran on time. All professionals made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Procedure was performed expertly whilst explaining every step. Everybody involved went above and beyond in my care, embodying the core values of the NHS.

Lovely calm environment helpful staff and burscough practice plenty of seats nice and clean. The doctor I saw was very helpful and made me as ease. Discussed my history and I found the doctor very professional we had a bit of a laugh too. I would definitely recommend the practice and I would be very happy to go there again

I was seen to very quickly which is important when working full time. The staff were very friendly, informative and professional. The only draw back is getting an appointment to take out my stitches. I have been told there are no appointments with a local nurse and that I need to go to A&E to get my stitches removed. Last time I was at A&E we waited 36 hours?
