very Poor services , my son was waiting now 2 years to get the ADHD appointments , its very hassle, when we call any single time they said their are full of patients. please make sure this not a free services, we are paying NHS Chargers for this country, very bad staff , especially admins and receiption don't know any perlite manners

Dear Mr Liyanage, The ADHD appointments are all through secondary care. We have completed a referral to the hospital for your son and you will need to speak directly to the paediatric department at the hospital regarding the ADHD appointments. Unfortunately there are often delays in the NHS and as a GP Practice we have no control over the length of waiting times in the hospital. I understand the frustration this must cause. Unfortunately NHS charges are part of the government's policy and again we have no control over these. Kind regards Burvill House Practice
