   I have consistently had trouble with a doctor not signing prescriptions for collection on time and even forgetting to sign prescriptions when medication is asked for, this has been going on for months now without any explanation. Also trying to communicate this problem on several occasions to the surgery has still failed to achieve a simple solution to obtain the prescribed medication on time .
