    I had problems with migraines for a few weeks. Got through to speak to the doctor who referred me to the specialist. This has helped a lot and now very rarely have any episodes. The staff and practice are an asset to the nhs

    Managed to call through and get booked in pretty quickly much better experience than the last surgery I went to. Doctors were helpful and got me what I needed.

    Came to see Dr he listened to all my problems without interruption when i left i felt happy with what he explained to me. The reception staff were very helpful and polite. Will tell family and friends about the great service

    I’ve been with this surgery for many years and the service was good up until over year ago. Hard to get medication as doctor has stopped service with local pharmacy, can’t order over the phone. I’ve been to the surgery many times in Person only to find it closed. Finally got to speak to someone today over the phone, didn’t get all my medication I needed and the receptionist ignored my request to book my annual asthma review appointment. Haven’t been able to get medication for 12 months from the surgery, forced to use NHS 111.

    Order prescriptions through our usual pharmacy who then request the prescriptions from the surgery. Our pharmacy to constantly having to chase up the prescription as they haven't received it. We then have to contact the surgery ourselves to then be blatantly lied to by the receptionist who says it hasn't received any requests but we have the proof in black and white they have. The receptionist is rude and really doesnt care. To be honest it's actually a miracle if they answer the phone. Terrible practice

    I would like to know how I can call this surgery and speak to someone at this surgery? As everytime I have tried to call the call gets diverted to well I don't know where . Its very disconcerting to have these changes implemented and have no information in regards to how these groups of surgeries operate. If only the information on the Website was updated regularly, that would be useful for the patients. It really seems that we are just numbers. A source of income for them.

    Booked in for an appointment that is required at 6-8 weeks post surgery at only 3 weeks 6 days.... likely because the receptionist felt the need to answer and take personal calls whist dealing with me! 1 hour so far in attempt to get through go amend the appointment and they keep cutting the linr
