I arrived 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment as my wife had been taken to LGI in the early hours of the morning and I could not use the automatic check in. I explained to the receptionist and she politely checked me in. I also requested that I could be seen earlier to have my bloods taken as my wife had just been discharged from LGI and was waiting for me to collect her. The receptionist passed on my message to the nurse and I was taken through almost immediately. The nurse was very understanding and processed taking my blood and I was out of the surgery within approximately 12 minutes. I appreciated the excellent service and left immediately to collect my wife. Thank you West Leeds Family Practice for your understanding my situation and going the extra mile to accommodate my request.

I went for an appointment with a gp today, from the minute I walked in I felt at ease and everything was explained to me she made me feel comfortable and had a very kind and caring nature wanting the best for her patients. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and for resolving my issue after having a rough few months.

Individual took bloods from me and also took the time to ensure some ad hoc meds I required were added onto the system. Given how busy everyone is, she went out of her way to help. Thank you , sorry I cant mention you by name, but your help much appreciated, Thanks again.

As an insulin dependant diabetic my insulin was out of stock almost all over the country but the pharmacy technician did not give up and found my medication, sorted my prescription and I had my insulin in my hand within 24 hours, he calmed me down immediately what an outstanding service, I can not thank this practice enough

The practice was very helpful and responded to my emails very quickly and with great detail. They have been very helpful and very good indeed. The receptionist was very helpful and patient and the practice nurse even stayed a bit later in order to see me. Both a real credit to the practice.

I’ve have to had my blood test 3 times due to lost blood and wrong tests being done Constantly chased results just to be told I should ring back until they admitted my blood has gone missing
