The receptionist was really friendly and very helpful. She checked that my prescription was being updated and that I wouldn't need an appointment. She then took the time to ring me back and inform me that the prescription was ready. I was picking up my new prescription within 20 minutes of the first call!!

Polite, efficient and very professional Rang to see if some test results were back but rang the wrong surgery. Couldn’t do enough to help. Pleasure to talk to

The doctor I saw on 15th July (can’t use names in this review) was incredibly helpful, supportive and friendly. As a new patient, it’s very refreshing to see a doctor who is already hard working, be kind and supportive to all patients despite their busy workload. The receptionist was extremely helpful and kind when I asked to put my name on a physio list. I didn’t ask her name but she was serving at 3pm on 15th July and incredibly kind. I just moved to the area 2 weeks ago and I’m thankful there’s a good GP around the corner!

My appointment with the nurse was handled extremely professionally. She was very friendly, informative and reassuring at every step of the procedure. I was early for my appointment and didn’t have to wait. All in all a very good experience notwithstanding the reason for being there!

Not very good the receptionist I spoke with exceptionally rude, pushy not very helpful at all. Wouldn’t give out information that I needed. Takes forever to get through to speak with someone to book appointments. Don’t know what’s happened to this surgery but the staff use to be exceptionally helpful but now just shocking no kindness, not friendly, not compassionate.

I had my bloods taken by today by the heakth care assistant . She was promt at seeing me and was very chatty and professional. Also very gentle.

The surgery were quick to help and my doctor was supportive, friendly and a great listener. My health has returned to normal and I am very grateful for the support of the Doctor and surgery staff. They certainly did everything they could and were invaluable to my recovery.

I attended for bloods. The practitioner was knowledgeable about bloods being done, quick and I felt minimal pain.

I arrived 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment as my wife had been taken to LGI in the early hours of the morning and I could not use the automatic check in. I explained to the receptionist and she politely checked me in. I also requested that I could be seen earlier to have my bloods taken as my wife had just been discharged from LGI and was waiting for me to collect her. The receptionist passed on my message to the nurse and I was taken through almost immediately. The nurse was very understanding and processed taking my blood and I was out of the surgery within approximately 12 minutes. I appreciated the excellent service and left immediately to collect my wife. Thank you West Leeds Family Practice for your understanding my situation and going the extra mile to accommodate my request.
