I had to give some blood samples, and my veins were not happy. The Nurse was very patient and extremely professional.

I’ve had a few health issues lately which the GP I have dealt with has been very supportive and methodical in eliminating issues. I’ve felt listened to and a bit less worried. Also the practice nurse I saw for my smear test was very helpful, she fully explained the process and what would happen if there were any issues. It is difficult to get an appointment, but when you do see a member of the practice, the care does tend to be excellent.

Although due to their circumstances it has been difficult to get through to the surgery but this soon will be rectified, when I do get through I have spoken to some very friendly, helpful and accommodating receptionist, for which the practice couldn’t do without (which I have to admit is a breath of fresh air compared to previous staff) Recently I have been dealing with the pharmacist who actioned the medication request via the advanced nurse practitioner I was seeing and who actioned the request very quickly and kept me informed through the process. All the staff at the practice have been very helpful and supportive even throughout their current practice issues. Thank you Reception, all nursing staff, surgery pharmacists and Drs for a great service.

Great responsive experience from a kind, helpful Receptionist. I got through quickly, she booked me in for next week and sorted a repeat prescription without issue.

Attended West Lodge to give some bloods this week. I was seen to by One of your regular members of staff, who I am not allowed to name. She was as always very pleasant, met me with a happy greeting and smile. Not that I needed it but it would really put people at ease. Overall, I have been to the doctors many many times over the past two years due to serious illnesses. I have always found the reception staff the doctors and auxiliary staff really professional. Pleasant, and efficient. Whilst it’s not a major criticism, I do sometimes have difficulty getting through at 8 o’clock in the morning, but that is no fault of the staff who I am sure take a lot of grief from some patients. It is not deserved. Thank you once again for all you do for us me in particular. I am slightly loathed to put a good review in, as that means you will get more patient and make it a bit more difficult for me to get through Lol Same comments apply to Calverley surgery and Glenlea which I have also visited. Thank you, Dave Smith.

I recently had a cervical screening and the Practice nurse, put me immediately at ease. She spoke about the procedure and the results process so I was aware right from the outset. The nurse was very professional, friendly and knowledgable and made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely book at this practice for my next screening.

The receptionist was really friendly and very helpful. She checked that my prescription was being updated and that I wouldn't need an appointment. She then took the time to ring me back and inform me that the prescription was ready. I was picking up my new prescription within 20 minutes of the first call!!
