  1. Review titled Blood Test

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Andrew Heaton - Posted on 14 March 2024

I'm not great with needles and I was made very comfortable before starting the process. It was virtually pain free, quick and well explained. My previous experiences with other nurses haven't been as good as it was today.

  7. Review titled Near impossible to contact

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 12 January 2024

Having tried numerous times to get an appointment since before Christmas I have given up! Every morning at 8am is impossible to even get in the queue as too busy although calling in to the surgery there were only 2 in the waiting room. I even tried late afternoon on Wednesday and was on hold for 1 hour before having to ring off after moving from 8 to 2 in the queue. There is a sign now taking new patients, how does that work as they can't cope with the ones they have. As a family we have been with the practice for over 20 years and when you do manage to see a doctor we have no complaints but the appointment system is now appalling

  9. Review titled Really hard to get an appointment

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by ALB - Posted on 06 December 2023

It seems extremely difficult to get an appointment and is getting worse. I've called 3 days in a row now to be told that no appointments are available, and have had to wait up to 18 minutes on hold each time. Whilst I have no complaints about the practice staff or medical staff and feel well looked after when I do manage to get an appointment, the nurses are especially lovely and helpful, but I am quite perturbed about how hard it is to get an appointment in the first place, and this happens every time, it's not just a one off. Surely if the issue is that they need more slots available they need to employ more staff.

  10. Review titled A lovely family friendly GP

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 04 December 2023

We have needed to use this GP countless times for my two young boys and they are alwaya amazing. We get in and see if an appointment is needed urgently and the staff are always so kind and considerate. They make it a lovely experience for my boys and my eldest actually looks forward to going to the doctors and says hello every-time we walk past. All the staff are happy to help and have a smile on their face.
