    I filled in the online consultation as had a concern for my 7 year old daughter and received a call within 15 minutes and have got an app in a couple of weeks. The receptionist was as helpful and friendly as always. The system really works.

    Several times recently with really stressful issues the practice has been wonderful and efficiently dealt with everything concerned in such an understanding and compassionate way. I can’t thank them enough. The N H S at its best with a really lovely team! Thank you All! 👍🤗😘

    I sent in an econsult at about 10.15am & within an hour was given an appointment the same day. My problem was dealt with very efficiently & I was given sensible advice & a prescription. I am very happy with this service & all the staff I dealt with were very professional & friendly.

    I saw the phlebotomist at the practice this morning. I am a very difficult person to draw blood from and usually have multiple tries before blood can be collected. I have also had several veins blow out which leaves a very painful bruise and swelling. She listened to my advice as to where to try from previous experience and was able to collect all she needed on the first attempt. I cannot recall the last time this happened. She was also lovely! Thank you - now I know who to come to!

    I had a urinary infection, and as I can never get an appointment at the surgery, I took advantage of my employers GP telephone service (thought this would be helping our overburdened health service). This process worked swimmingly, and the telephone GP said that I should take a urine sample to my registered GP for analysis. He said this in a manner that had me believe that this isn’t an unreasonable or uncommon request. After several weeks of attempting to do so, I managed to talk to the Medical Secretary, who said she would call me back. She never called; she sent a text message. I assume she wanted to avoid my right to reply. The text read “See the doctors response; as it is his private team who are requesting this investigation, they should do it”. This doesn’t appear to fit with the NHS values of “working together for patients”, “improving lives”, “quality of care” and “compassion”. Appears to me that the surgery is worried about losing revenue. Well they have lost a patient. Registered with Frimley Station Road Surgery online on Thursday, confirmed registered on Friday, called at around 09:30 Monday for an appointment, and seen the GP at 10:50 the same day. That’s the service everyone should be able to access!

    I am very impressed with Camberley Health Centre. I called at 10am and was seen by a doctor at 11.20. Very lovely and caring doctor. Can't fault them! This is in line with my previous experiences with them too.

    I had my babies Vaccine today. I was delayed for 7 min for appointment due to delay in public transport. She was very rude to me and family send send us away telling that we are late. Yes, but while we are talking only she send us the msg that we are late and appointment were cancelled. I dont feel like begging for this, but my childrens vacccine were due.
