I attended today for travel vaccines. The nurse was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I made the nurse aware that I tend to feel faint after being vaccinated and she was very accommodating and provided excellent aftercare even though it would hold up her day given other patients would need to be seen. The nurses were clearly working well as a team to minimise holdups for patients whilst I was looked after. I also barely felt a thing during the four injections I required so a very good experience overall. I would highly recommend this GP Practice. Thank you nurses for your wonderful care!

I feel they after waiting over 25 minutes to be seen . Some one could have informed us that there was a delay in seeing a Dr or a nurse . I can't complain about the treatment as all staff are polite. Just some common curiosity would be nice if l was to aye for my appointment something is said or my appointment is cancelled.

We have now added a message to our self check-in board, and also put a poster in the reception area advising patients to let a member of the team know if they have been waiting more than 15 minutes after their appointment time. I had my first pap smear test today at this service by a lovely nurse. She was very helpful and made it very easy for me. I was very anxious around the process but she was extremely friendly and supportive and I didn’t even realise when it was over in about 1 minute. I urge all the young women out there to go and get their smear tests done!

Came to have stitches removed after an accident. Process was quick and painless. Very kind staff. Was given a slot the same day I came in to book one.

The nurse was a massive help; I’m climbing Kilimanjaro this year and after being unprepared and pretty clueless on vaccines she quickly helped out and has given me all the information and vaccinations I needed. On top of this after feeling ill and congested for the first few months of university and having appointments at other GPs I was prescribed an inhaler and since then been feeling much better. All round a great experience in this surgery staff were kind and extremely helpful despite me being pretty unhelpful and clueless throughout.

Today I went in for a travel vaccination consultation and was provided with useful information that I need for my trip abroad. The nurse was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming and overall made the experience very pleasant, easy and comfortable. The injections themselves were done efficiently and quickly. The appointment was on time, very informative and all my questions were answered superbly. Each thing was explained clearly and concisely. Overall it is a great practice with wonderful staff members.

Got my bloods done this morning and the lady was absolutely delightful, she made the process very seamless and made me feel extremely comfortable. Everyone I’ve encountered at this practice is lovely, they’re a great team!

The nurse has been extremely helpful and proactive with my asthma review. She has a lot of knowledge and is very good at providing personal treatment guides (tailoring for individuals needs). She has changed my medication which has really helped daily life.
