Easy to make an appointment on line, wonderful Doctor who had clearly studied my case and who worked exceptionally hard to alleviate symptoms and set up a referral. Admin Staff were very helpful as was the Practice Pharmacist. There is great Team of professionals here who really care about their patients. Thank you.

My family has lived in Kingston attending this surgery for years. We have always received exemplary care from the staff here and with Mum's recent death and looking after Dad now, I can now see the depth of care that both my parents have received. When in contact with reception, you get an answer or way forward. Taking over the care of my father, I have had access to the doctors both in person and on the phone who have helped me take charge. I would like to thank the whole team for their great work and support.

Another urgent request sorted today, with no fuss and very professionally. Since joining due to a family emergency in 2000, we have had several reasons to use the surgery urgently, and are seriously impressed with the speed of response, quality of care (telephone, email, text and face to face) and professionalism of the entire team. It takes a huge amount of dedication and hard work to achieve this, against a background of reduced funding and increased demand. Keep up the great work; well done team.

I completed an online form regarding a medical issue. Within half hour I had a call booking me in for a f2f an hour later. The GP was thorough & spent time, as they always have. I work in the NHS & know that with digital triage & time constraints it’s not easy. Well done Canbury on giving such a great service. Very much appreciated

I submitted a request at 8am to see someone the same day and the standard type for a response is within 4 hours (usually it’s a lot quicker than this). However, it got to 2pm and still no response. I called and was told I would get a call by 4pm latest. Again, nothing. I called at 4.30pm and was then told someone would see me face to face today as it was urgent. I then got a message saying I would receive a phone call appointment between 5 and 6.30pm. It is now 7.32pm and I have still not been called! I’m in absolute agony trying to avoid going to A&E but I am going to have no choice!

It is really discouraging for staff to read reviews such as this without the opportunity to look into what happened and see what, if anything, went wrong.
