    ( receptionist, glasses, long ginger heir) was unprofessional, rud, unhelpful. Receptionist likes talk down to visitors/patients. I left my ID on the counter and receptionist demanded me to pass ID to the hend. Also, receptionist made a comment,, please don't roll your eyes at me,, I am in pain, sorry I am not feeling well. It's not all about you, very self centered person. Could not even say how long is gonna to take to proces my registration form. Shocking experience.

  2. Review titled Incompetent administration team

    I have been requested blood on multiple occasions and yet to see a doctor for diagnosis. On speaking to the admin or booking team continue to book you on wrong services and are to competent to apologise ! There are also broken processes within this centre where doctors tell you to speak to the admin team to re book an appointment and the admin team just shut you off

    Reception staff is rude and impatient. I've had to get blood drawn multiple times because they failed to request the correct tests, even though I provided a form detailing exactly what they needed to request- and this has happened multiple times. They are also terrible when it comes to following through with requests for records- I was instructed to come and collect my records which I had request over a year prior.

    Sadly I was only given a 10 minute appointment so even though the doctor was nice, he rushed me and I wasn't able to give a full comprehensive list of all my mental health symptoms. I had to call the team who my referral was going to the next day, and they had yet to receive my emergency referral so I was rushed when explaining symptom to them as well. I feel really crushed inside as it took a lot of courage to speak up about it to them.

    Thank you for taking the time to write a review. All our GP appointments are 15 mins long including emergency on the day appointments which is what you were given. We also have MH Nurses that have 30 min appointments to be able to deal with complex problems but these need to be booked in advance. I am sorry you felt rushed in your appointment, I note that the time in the appointment was 24 mins and the referral was sent to the service during your appointment and it is this service that has a 72 hour response time which is out of our control as is the length of that appointment.     Given the strain the NHS is under, I had very low expectations. However, every single nurse and doctor I had an appointment with was excellent. They all took care to really listen to what I was saying, explained their thought process and what was going on, and were able to get me a diagnosis in a quick, painless way. I am more than impressed. The only downside has been trying to get an appointment, as it's always a race.

    Many thanks for your kind comments which are always good to receive. I would welcome a conversation with you in regards to getting an appointment as we are working very hard to keep all waiting times for appointments under 7 days and we definitely do not have the 8.00 in the morning fastest fingers first approach and offer appointments throughout the day and in the future.
