I had a bp and blood tests from a friendly, gentle efficient nurse . She was reassuring and professional .

I know doctors are very busy, but the doctor l saw today didn’t make me feel rushed and took the time to get the right medication and was so positive about the outcome that that once l got home l began to feel the same! Thank you to the receptionists as well who were so helpful. Thankful that l have been with such a caring practice for over 36 years.

After 2 weeks of myself and my children being poorly in quick succession. We were all seen and treated on the same day I requested help. From receptionist, to nurses and The Gp and paramedics the service provided I cannot Fault. Over this 2 week period I was visiting the surgery almost daily. Thank you for looking after us well.

I cannot praise the staff enough especially the dispensary staff who are polite, courteous and nothing is too much trouble Also I had blood taken, the appointment was on time, it was explained what was going to happen and it was painless Well done to all the staff and we are very lucky to have such a caring surgery

I was seen exactly at my appointed time. The nurse was friendly, professional and explained the procedure in detail. She also took note of my views and feelings which I appreciated. The staff make this a very caring practice.

I had the first of two shingles vaccinations and the nursing team were friendly and highly professional, putting me at ease throughout the process. The procedure went smoothly, was painless, and everything was explained clearly and concisely. At reception I asked whether an online prescription had been authorised by a clinician and was told it had, and that the prescription was ready for collection - super efficient service all in two days!
