   Having been pleased to Get quickly from 2nd to 1st in queue on the phone....waited 30 minutes but then have up! The messages service that was quite helpful has been withdrawn by Vida without explanation.....making more people try the phone!! The staff have been good to excellent for me as a patient but this is worrying. Have Vida reduced staffing levels for admin? Do they need to update the phone system? On line services increase efficiency and reduce frustration. Is anyone listening, responding or taking action?
