Review titled Unacceptable
Rated 1 star out of 5

Im asthmatic and think I have a chest infection. I’ve held off but can’t no more. I’m struggling for breath when I move. Makes me panic. I’ve rang 45 times today to be cut off immediately every single time. I don’t even have an inhaler as I put in a repeat for 2 inhalers each 1 for a different purpose and for whatever reason they didn’t send me my reliever. If I go to A&E I’m told it’s not an emergency see your GP, I’ve tried all day so do I now need to get to the point of pneumonia and an ambulance ? Like do they just turn phones off from a certain time or …. Like it’s every time you ring. Let’s face it we don’t ring doctors for a casual chat, it’s obviously something worrying / painful for the person ringing yet ypur faced with nothing but an end tone !! Loads of confidence. Hope I don’t have an asthma attack ! What has happened it was never like this year ago. Gutted. No faith no more.

Review titled Trying to contact is a joke
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 14 July 2023
Get a text from the to call as they have a message for me so i ring, engaged, try about 25 mins and eventually it rings and i go onto the hold section for 35 minute, someone answers and it goes dead. now on hold again for god knows how long.. happens every time i ring. My advise is if you are in a cue and have had the courtisy to wait, if the phone goes dead they know the number ringing so would be nice if they could call back to save the person having to wait another 3o mins to an hour..

I’m really sorry to have to write this review. My elderly mum has had serious pain in her back only to have a phone appointment with a nurse to be told it was nothing and given pain killers. Still in so much pain and unable to move properly missed an appoint to Wednesday by only 6 minutes was unable to see anyone. Still in a great deal of pain today. Is it so hard to get customer service right? Am elderly lady wi the a lot of difficulty in getting about. Usually you have to sit and wait when you have appointments even when you arrive before your appointment and always run a little over. Which we don’t mind. But come on people. Have a little respect.

Review titled Prescription not issued
Rated 2 stars out of 5

8 year old needed antibiotics and text sent to say issued prescription but no prescription was actually sent to stated chemist (not my nominated chemist either) Closed for bank holidays so had to wait 4 days to actually get the prescription, for a child! Nurse only swabbed out of pressure from myself, tried to tell me it was a habit child had developed but was actually a bacterial infection.

Review titled Excellent care at short notice
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 21 March 2023
Late last Friday afternoon, 17th March, I notice fresh blood in my urine. I contacted 111 for advice and they told me to contact the surgery at kirton in Lindsey. I explained my problem to a friendly receptionist who then referred me to the doctor on duty. By now it was 5.45pm. After explaining my problem again she said she would prepare medication for me. Within 20 minutes I had received some antibiotics. Excellent friendly and efficient service. Well done.
