   Called at 7:59 for an appointment and was caller 10 in the queue. After 20 minutes of waiting, my problem was deemed not urgent to speak to a GP eventhough the GP said to call back and book in if side effects from medication that was prescribed. Was signposted to pharmacist 3 weeks later. GP gave the wrong dose of medication as well, but to get the right dose, couldn't get to speak to a GP/clinician.

   Visited March 2025
