Really impressed with this surgery, they always help and go the extra mile. They care. Especially thankful today for receptionist, who worked hard to find an appointment for three conditions rather than inviting me back three times. Kind, helpful and as I said, caring! Thank you!

My appointment was set up quickly and efficiently. Staffwere friendly and sympathetic. My request was dealt with efficiency. The appointment was on time, I did not have to wait in the waiting room.

My osteoporosis treatment is unavailable (again) my GP has referred me to a rheumatologist for expert advice on an a replacement drug (e.g. 3 monthly injection) Impressive intelligent thinking. Always doing the best for the patient .
