    I had a very bad experience with a doctor - not with this practice but with the joined up care team who came to see me at home. They made me very upset. I rang the practice up and explained what happened. I found that they really listened to what I said and that they would deal with my concerns

    After eventually getting through to a receptionist,I was then told after discussing my issue,to either go to A&E or a walk in centre 40 minutes drive away as a GP couldn’t see me for days. Didn't feel it was urgent enough to go to A&E and wait for 4 hrs. Unfortunately, feel let down by this practice and feel quite often my health is in the Receptionists hands and not important enough to let a GP decide.

    I have been with this practice for number of years and have always recieved good treatment. I must admit the number of changes that the practice has gone through yielded some positive and some negative majority of the GPS that was there have left with the exclusion of one. And even there there was a change as I can't get to see this gp and I have found this to be having a negative impact on me and my health. I realise that there are going to be changes from time to time but for me to trust in my doctor and the fact that they know and your health concerns to then be told I have to start over with someone who knows nothing about me and me having to drag my way through the explanation of my health issues. Having said all that I still like the practice but my trust and methodology have some what been a little off not being sure of the new set of GPS in the practice. Many thanks for all of the treatment I have recieved.

    long message telling us about Covid, erm, dont we all know about this, over a minute listening to this message plus telling us to old surely, they mean hold!!! If they are restricting appointments (I should say I have never had problems with appointments) to give GP's 'more time to care' this why not simply answer the phone immediately giving us more time to live and not cost us in phone calls!!! Having said that, the medical care I have received has been excellent, it is just this method of treating us like idiots
