Honestly the staff couldn’t orchestrate a collection of drunks in a brewery. There is more common sense in my little toe. I’ve been trying to speak to a GP for the last month regarding a blood test I had for some medication, only to be put through to a doctor who doesn’t even know my case, and told me my results are satisfactory but she can’t comment on them properly because she doesn’t know my case. How does that help me. So instead I turn to the trusty GP Google to find out what my results that are “satisfactory” are no where near the range they should be. The entire surgery is a shambles.

Just wanted to thank the practice for their help with myself and my daughter over the last few weeks. I have called twice in two weeks regarding same day appointments and both times reception staff have been extremely helpful, discussing the presenting complaint and getting us an appointment the same day. Thank you very much :)

Raised a request on the Patchs system online on the 19/10/23 for an ongoing health issue. It's the 2/11/23 and I haven't received any response from the GP practice on the online system, no-one has contacted me through any other means neither. Upon calling the practice they said they cannot give me an appointment and I have to ring only on a Monday morning between 8am and 10am. Really horrendous experience - no surprise that people just ring 111 or 999 instead.

After being told a few weeks ago on behalf of my relative that she'd still be able to ring up to get her repeats in due to mental health issues upon ringing up today found out that's not the case I'm absolutely sick of all this back turning with this surgery wouldn't recommend them to anyone it's not first time I've had issues on her behalf can never speak to anyone above reception either fed up of them deciding who or what goes. With regards to prescriptions there should still be allowances for those most vulnerable ... But unfortunately this practice does not care about that at all !!

Dear Julie Thank you for taking the time to review our practice. Unfortunately we had to remove our prescription line for safety reasons, as have all other GP Practices. If patients require a prescription they or their relatives/carers can order at the surgery, via PATCHs, via online access, or via email. Alternatively, we could arrange for the prescription to be sent to the pharmacy automatically each month via electronic repeat dispensing (ERD) and the pharmacy can then arrange delivery if the patient requires. My 1st pregnancy has been made a wonderful experience with having my community midwife who has been an amazing professional and someone who has made this experience so lovely with their care throughout. If I knew she was going to be my midwife, I'd have a homebirth!
