  1. Review titled Horrible for ADHD treatment

Rated 1 star out of 5

Flatly rejected my shared care agreement for ADHD medication, because it was from a private doctor. Apparently, it's their policy to do so. These medications cost over £100 for a single months worth. Going to have to move GPs because I need these medications, and cannot afford to be paying that much for a perscription every month. Not my first experience with them being useless, but since they combined services with a Ware GP to become "New River Health" their quality has dropped through the floor.

  2. Review titled Terrible again

Rated 1 star out of 5

Granddaughter had an emergency appointment at 1430. Arrived at 1420 to find large sign indicating that “Reception procedures” had changed and we needed to join the queue. 15 minutes later we reached head of queue to check in only to be told that we should have used the computerised check in system and that because we were late it was unlikely that we would be seen!! It was only after a robust challenge that we eventually were seen. Yet another example of ineptitude from this widely condemned surgery.

  3. Review titled Weakness

Rated 2 stars out of 5

After 111 appointment symptoms worsened and quickly admitted to A&E Harlow. After catheter, 7days IV antibiotics and then discharge, disappointed that surgery did not follow up; except for invitation for a flu jab. Though surgery took initial urine sample, after release from hospital was informed sample was too small to be tested. Given that this sample would have triggered need for antibiotic intervention am surprised the sample I gave was insufficient. Urine retention being the prime motivator for contact

  4. Review titled Once again, prompt and excellent care.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Always receive excellent care from then staff at the surgery. Called first thing, had investigation work done, a prescription written by 10.00am and made up in the pharmacy. Many thanks. Well on the road to recovery now.

  5. Review titled Dangerous

Rated 1 star out of 5

One of the worst medical practices I’ve been to: My skin started to turn yellow - the first dr told me that it was all in my head, and that there always nothing wrong. IVF - first referral rejected because my BMI and medical details were massively wrong. Second referral rejected because the medical practice hadn’t completed any of the required tests - despite me going in to have them done! Blood tests - different information given to me and my partner about appointments, appointments booked on the wrong days by the receptionists, wrong blood tests booked, nurse turning up 40 minutes late to an appointment and having to get a cup of tea before seeing patients. Very very difficult to get a face to face appointment- nearly all have been over the phone and sending pictures. I understood this during Covid, but no reason now. Really rude receptionists.
