I have been pleased with the surgery until recently I booked a double appointment to see my own doctor over a month ago because I have a few different issues today I went to the appointment even though I have white coat syndrome didn’t see my own gp felt rushed and not taken seriously felt so uncomfortable that I couldn’t talk about my problems the outcome was the usual antidepressants increased and blood test don’t know why they can’t do blood tests after the appointment like some other surgeries do no I have to go back and put myself through all the stress again the hospital discovered I had white coat syndrome when recently having to have angioplasty my blood pressure goes very high with this syndrome

Water infection require urgent help. I have been with Castleton Health Centre for over 6 years. During that time I have had many water infections and always that same day I have antibiotics. Today Friday I am told this can no longer happen and I must wait until Monday. Which is ridiculous and I am furious and in considerable pain. Why? I need help now to get me through the weekend.

My daughter had been unwell over last few weeks. All doctors have been extremely helpful in assessing and managing her symptoms. Can’t fault the team at CHC. Thank you everyone
