I rang for an appointment told two weeks wait face to face. Explained had cough for over Five weeks and had been off work for one week. Got a telephone appointment same day. No time given. GP called asked what I wanted ? Then asked me so why is today so special if you had cough for five weeks?. I explained I was struggling walking any distance etc but GP was clearly not interested told me it was Viral, amazing diagnosis via a phone call. Gave me a referral for chest x ray continuing to tell me that referral would run out after 14 days as if i wouldn’t bother going. Horrible experience and I will be moving practice this GP should not be a practicing Doctor in my opinion and others who I have spoken with.

Recently registered at this practice as moved to the area. Took two attempts to register as they lost my first set of paperwork. Then trying to get an urgent appointment for an existing health issue. Had to accept a telephone call from a doctor, who was patronising and dismissive of my issue on the phone and would only give me an appointment with a nurse in a weeks time. I explained I could not wait that long and was told to go to an out of hours walk in centre if I didn't like it! Safe to say I am now registering myself and my family at an alternative surgery in the local area.
