   My granddaughters went to the surgery today for their jabs. Unfortunately my three year old granddaughter fell in reception and banged her head badly, so bad that she was unable to have the jab because of a big bump on her forehead. I asked the receptionist and also the nurse for an icepack or ice. They both told me they had neither of these. The nurse didn't even put a cold paper towel on her forehead. She showed no compassion and I was shocked by the lack of duty of care.
