  1. Review titled Blood tests

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Of all the hundreds of blood tests I’ve had over the years this was the most efficient both in terms of being dealt with immediately on (early) arrival and the method used - the practitioner is ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and had I not been watching I wouldn’t have known the needle and gone in - and out. She also has a friendly manner which I think is important in medical practices.

  2. Review titled Great Practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

There is always a doctor on the phone or in person to help. The staff are very lovely at the practice and help you feel reassured. Very happy to be a part of this practice.

  3. Review titled Impossible

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have been registered with Cathedral for over 10 years. Every year the surgery continues to fail at dealing with any request professionally. Some receptionists are very helpful, however others are clueless. Trying to get an appointment is impossible. Holding on the line for 45 minutes then once reaching position 1 getting cut off. The Nurses I have seen have all been very good. Most of the doctors are responsive and caring. Sadly I believe the surgery has taken on too many patients and cannot cope with the demand. All staff over worked which has an impact on patient services and quality of care.

  4. Review titled Distressing experience

Rated 1 star out of 5

Contacted service for a same day urgent appointment. I was concerned that I needed an urgent check for a condition I was aware of. When they called me I was told to call an ambulance for a completely unrelated condition - it had no connection to my actual symptoms or the problem I described. I was not even allowed to question the nurse about it. I was left stressed and very confused. In their words 'we could see you but we are refusing - call an ambulance'. They implied I was wasting their time. The ambulance crew were not impressed when they arrived. Friday at 3.00pm was clearly a bad time to call.
