  1. Review titled Don’t dare ask for urgent help

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Frustrated - Posted on 12 March 2024

I needed a form signed for a surgery. Because I didn’t give 2-4 weeks notice and needed it urgently, I asked if they could help me out. Firstly told not their ‘workload’. Then told they won’t let me ‘jump the queue’. (It’s a signature on a form) Impossible to get past the practice manager who has no sense of urgency, very lacking in listening skills or helping anyone out. It’s a shame because the Doctors are brilliant.

  2. Review titled Cant get an appointment

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Absolutely shocking! rung up to make an appointment to speak to a doctor about a health concern that is causing me alot of worry and anxiety and am told to fill out an online form and someone would contact me within 2 days, roll on 2 weeks and i no prior warning what day this mystical phone call would come, i missed it twice (in a work meeting) and thats it, i rung reception to be told i had to start the whole thing again with the online form! another 2 week wait. i just dont know what to do, i just want some reassurance from a doctor and I cant even get that, just a rather rude receptionist that would not even help me atall. i just wanted to talk to a doctor.

  3. Review titled Poorest service ever experianced

Rated 1 star out of 5

Where do you start, unable to book appointments, online consultations advised needed to be examined asked take a photo, I'm a qualified medical tech am I that stupied not to know if I need something examined. Had sciatica down right leg told need a left hip replacement, all this if you can get past a receptionist, this is not a service I expect the whole service doent serve the public. It's inflexibility with hours is a major let down esp for those who commute. I could go on.

  4. Review titled Poor patient service

Rated 1 star out of 5

Difficult to make a face to face appointment. Staff too reliant on the “system” which is not patient focussed and lacks flexibility. For example telephone consultations rely on the patient to be available all day and if not able to answer when doctor calls need to call back next day to make another generic appointment. Further example is the “system” inability to make face to face appointments for ongoing issues that actually require doctor review and reassessment. In summary the practice is very regimented and lacks flexibility for patient needs and availability.
