This Drs has gone so down hill recently my daughters 4 years old and has had a wet cough for a year near enough I was given a Drs appointment two months ago and at that appointment got a hospital app for December that’s no good.. what if something is seriously wrong how is this normal procedure and to have a cough this long just isn’t sitting right with me I’ll go elsewhere if I need to I’m worried about it now it can’t be normal to have a cough so severe for this length of time! And then they call me once then leave it at that don’t call back when I miss it I’m pregnant and have my appointments at the moment as well just shows the lack of consideration that they can’t even call twice won’t get her in ridiculous I’ll probably leave the surgery before anything gets done now I’m pretty much left with no choice but to go to a walk in.

Had appointment 01-09-2022 and what a pleasure, this may sound strange but from having an appointment made by Reception to seeing the practice nurse absolutely brilliant, highly professional and made to feel welcome and a relaxed, Seen Practice Nures who has the un-canny knack to make you feel right at home and within no time Blood pressure - bloods taken and feet Checked along with other tests, Absolute Diamond, Thank you Cestria medical center you provide a brilliant service, Thank you all
