   I have been with Chadsmoor Medical Practise for about 3 years now. I have found every liaison and experience (for me, my two kids and my partner) to be second to none. The treatment, ease and speed of service has never failed me. Friendly and professional staff who are always willing to help by going above and beyond requirements. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for supporting your patients the way you do :) You do the area, service and NHS as a general proud.
