Review titled GP offhand and unreasonable

I had my first experience today at this surgery. Admittedly I was 3 minutes late having turned up to the wrong practice (I am new to the area and was unaware there was a different practice to attend). I booked this GP appointment 4 weeks ago as it was the first available appointment I could get. I asked for a referral for my joint pain and asked for a blood test due to pain in my feet. This took about 4 minutes. As I was quick I asked the GP if she could look at a mole that had changed at which point I was told "if you have multiple issues you need a double appointment" Given how quick I had been I thought her approach was abrupt and unreasonable. She agreed to look at the mole (on this occasion) but said she has other patients queuing up. When I left the consultation room about 7 minutes after I arrived there were only 2 patients in the waiting room. Firstly it is extremely difficult to get a face to face appointment with a GP these days let alone a double appointment!. Secondly we are encouraged to get our symptoms looked at but I just felt like I was more of an irritation rather than a patient. Where have the days gone when GP's show a bit of compassion. I was already nervous about attending this appointment given how long its been since I have seen a GP. I feel so disappointed and as a result it has put me off making any further appointments!
