Used the online form to request assistance- messaged at 7:30. At 8:30 receptionist called to arrange telephone consultation, doctor phoned as agreed. Resulted in a face to face which was at the agreed time,so no waiting. All within the same day. Doctor very informative, comprehensive info and options, and clear on next steps. Receptionist also superb with obtaining the right forms and type of sample kits Whilst in the waiting room witnessed one of the younger receptionist assist an elderly patient with completing anima referral, arranging hospital referral, checking personal detail for future use confirmed repeat prescription medications for him and his wife. All very calm, supportive, made the gent feel listened too and someone who cared - amazing piece of customer service
