I phoned in the morning and got appointment for 2 hours later.saw the doctor and was referred and got email 2 hours later.excellent service from reception through to doctor .

A friendly practice where staff treat you with dignity and respect. The practice is clean and well maintained lots of information on the display boards and there is an electronic info board which is up to date. All the staff are friendly and listen to what you have to say. All the staff appear knowledgeable. My visit this time I was seen at the time of my appointment. The procedure was clearly explained and the next steps and how to get more information if needed.

The receptionist and dr are always polite and friendly. Have found data I needed and checked out things they were not sure of. Very helpful. Dr took time to explain things to me which I appreciated

I had an appointment with the nurse, cannot recall her name. She was extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to be dealt with by her.

Always helpful, appointments on time, referrals are done pretty quickly by whoever your appointment was with then the waiting begins at the relevant hospital

I needed a phone appointment as couldn't answer on the last one. Doctor said needs to speak to me about my diabetes control/results etc. No appointment till October !

Dear Patient, I am sorry that you are unhappy that you have to wait until October for your Diabetic review. We have had lots of patients recently that have not answered their phone when the Doctor/Nurse has telephoned them on their scheduled appointment date to discuss the results of their blood results and diabetes. Due to this it has had a fundamental effect on the diabetic clinics, hence why the wait is not so long. The Dr was most informative and supportive. He gave me the relevant information and as promised forwarded to me electronically. When I got home it was there and I've been able to read all about my current situation with confidence that the information is correct.

Had no problem whatsoever while I've been going there, the staff have been consistently kind and helpful. I was very happy with what they recommended for the pain in my shoulder and I felt like they took me and the pain very seriously.
