We have had to call the surgery a few times over the last couple of weeks for my daughter and the entire surgery from the receptionist right through to the nurse, paramedic and the doctors have been incredible! They have squeezed us in a couple of times at really short notice! Today I called at 5.50pm the surgery saw her at 6.10pm! You just don’t get that kind of service anywhere else! After hearing friends complaining they can’t even get an appointment at other surgery’s it makes us realise just how lucky we are! The receptionists are always polite, super helpful and nothing is too much trouble! The doctors and paramedic are thorough, kind, caring and explain everything again nothing is too much trouble! We ended up having to go to hospital and whilst at the hospital I was struggling to get answers on something so I called the surgery who despite us being at the hospital at the time of the call went out of their way to help us and get the answers we needed! I know it’s not normal behaviour ringing your doctors whilst in hospital but that is how incredible they are and how they have all made us feel that they really are there for us no matter what! I don’t give reviews often but they really do deserve some sort of recognition! That place is more than just a surgery.

I emailed the surgery this morning just after 08:00 on 2/1/25 with a non urgent medical query re symptoms which I thought might be a chest infection. I had a call a few hours later even though I did not expect a response for two days, especially given winter pressures and the day after New Year when staff may be on leave. I was offered a face to face same day GP appointment for the afternoon. I attended, was thoroughly examined, and treatment prescribed. I am very impressed with the same day response and thoroughness of the GP. Thank you so much to all who read my email, called me and to the GP for seeing me and to dispensary staff for providing the medication needed.

I had a fantastic experience today with the nurse as I took my twins for their pre-school immunisations. She took the time to find us in the waiting room first to find out that I was bringing them alone and then thoroughly prepped everything to make it as easy as possible to vaccinate both the children. She was very reassuring and professional and it made a difficult experience very manageable

Yesterday afternoon, 15/06/23, I arrived at the surgery in great pain following minor surgery undertaken by another care provider. I would like to thoroughly thank the ladies of the pharmacy and the reception team who went out of thier way to provide me with access to care in a avery efficient, caring, empathic and speedy manner. I am so grateful. I'd also like to thank the on-call paramedic who looked after my needs, and again, went that extra mile to ensure that I recieved the care that I needed. Thank you so much for your help.
