  1. Review titled Gone down hill

Rated 1 star out of 5

The practice has really gone down hill as the partners harldy attend and don't have enough doctors available. It is impossible to get an appointment. Iv called 5 times in the last 2 weeks and called when lines open and was 4th in the queue to be told there are "no appointments left". This is a regular occurrence.

  2. Review titled Excellent service. Amazing practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Receptionists are very friendly and happy to help. Doctors approachable and easy to talk to. Practice Nurses knowledgeable and very understanding when explaining procedures and follow up. I would highly recommend this practice. Today I ordered my repeat prescription online at 3.45pm and the pharmacy messaged at 7.30pm to say it was ready for collection. I only ordered one item and I'm not due a review but this is still exceptional service.

  4. Review titled Revise your policies or at least adhere to them yourself

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I was asked by a receptionist who was not wearing a mask, to wear a mask when I entered the surgery, which I did. Not only is the hypocrisy of this practice ridiculous, but also the policy. It is 2023 and a Cochrane review of masks has concluded that there is no evidence to support their use
