Dr totally disinterested. Focused on giving me a letter to stay off work, not asked for and not required. Staggered by the lack of professionalism, ineptitude and lazy nature of the Practice from reception to appointment.

Saw GP 6th January are helpful Very informative Felt she was supportive and really knowledgeable She put my mind at rest and suggested tests to check.my condition

My wife and I both contracted shingles in December 24. We both contacted the surgery on different days to get emergency appointments using the call back system. we were both seen in the morning and began treatment. The service and medical treatment we have both received from reception staff, prescriptions staff and the Doctors involved on those first days and throughout our illnesses has been absolutely outstanding. My wife had a severe bout, mine was less so, however the level of care was superb and we are now both coming through our illnesses. Absolutely fantastic care and thank you to all involved

I had on invite to attend for an annual flu jab appointment on Saturday morning. When I arrived, after signing in, went through and joined a short que of people devided into under and over 65. The staff were all wonderful. The whole thing moved like a military operation and was done and dusted in about 10 minutes. So impressed with the whole experience.

It was so organised,staff were very helpful. We were vaccinated within 20 of starting to queue. Staff are always so helpful. Thank you.

Had annual flu vaccine. Surgery opened on a Saturday morning to administer, no appointment needed on this day, turned up and no queuing. From parking the car to receiving the vaccination and leaving it took 10 minutes. Great service and no wasted time.

As someone has already mentioned, the flu vaccines on Saturday 5th October was done with military precision. Very well organised and run. This practice has always been superb with a host of fantastic people.

The Drop in Vaccination clinic, was run extremely efficient, no waiting, we went straight through, the staff was extremely helpful and the doctor asked questions regarding our health before administering the vaccination. The doctors are always considerate and empathetic regarding our health concerns at all times when attending appointments. Thank you.
