Review titled Professional Practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by James Perry - Posted on 28 August 2024
I have had Atrial Fibrillation for over the past 5 years which developed into Heart Failure in April 2024. Since then, the Practice has been both professional, helpful & efficient in looking after my medical needs: - supply of new medication, regular blood tests, adjusting medication to suit, face to face weekly appointments, organising appts at St Georges Cardiology Dept. Also the Doctor & Pharmacist have rung me on occasions to check how I was adjusting to any new medications. My condition is now more stable, however I still have regular appts requested by my Doctor to review my medication etc. Finally I would like to thank the Practice for their professional approach to my medical needs. James Perry

Review titled Life changing treatment
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Liz Offen - Posted on 25 August 2023
I have been living with a debilitating digestive condition after my gall bladder was removed over a decade ago. The diagnosis was IBS but my my bowel had not been irritable in the 50 years prior to the surgery so perhaps the irritation was triggered by the removal of my gall bladder? Having discussed this over the phone earlier in the week, the GP listened, agreed that there may indeed be a connection between the loss of the gall bladder and the symptoms, and prescribed medication which has enhanced the quality of my life dramatically and made a huge difference to my health and well being. Thank you Chartfield Surgery. I will be forever grateful.
