48 hours notice for a repeat prescription. Requested on weds at 9am, not done by Fri at 1pm?? Yet my partners was ready by 8am which was requested at same time. Every time we request medication something is wrong, items missing, sent to a random chemist etc, shocking recently

I attended the GP and was given an emergency scan, I ended up going to hospital for further treatment. Had my scan yesterday and now I can't have an appointment for two weeks to get my emergency scan results despite the Dr who did the scan having concerns!
