I never have a problem getting into this practice. The staff go above and beyond to help me and I'm seen very quickly. Clinicians are fantastic and I feel listened to about all aspects of my health and wellbeing and happy to offer me advice when needed - even if it is not about what I attended for. I always feel involved in decisions about my health and I know I can turn to any member of staff there for support

Book an appointment for a blood test by the receptionists for 4.30 .Clearly told them it was for bloods When I arrived to see the nurse she told me , I wouldn’t be having my bloods done today they get picked up at 4pm . Complete waste of my time and petrol , so I had to rebook causing more time off work

It’s virtually impossible to get an appointment you have to phone at 8am mon-fri by 08:03 all appointments are gone the receptionist I have spoken to has no empathy whatsoever totally unhelpful I rarely go to the GP but when I need to I still can’t get a face to face my health is declining and this isn’t supporting or adhering to any form of personal centred care you just can’t get an appointment such a shame our healthcare has come to this

The doctors and nurses are great here no problems , however whilst waiting for my appointment, I overheard the receptionists taking the Mickey of a patient who had been on the phone. The receptionists were standing in the waiting area, they were laughing about her , not professional at all especially when they asked to be treated with respect.
