    I was at the chase water medical practice with my daughter yesterday. It was very hard to get an appointment. I called and waited for about 20 minutes and when I've heard the receptionist, introduced myself and said that my 4 years old daughter needs help the receptionist put the phone down. I've called again and the receptionist booked an appointment for us. We came to the practice and spoke to the medical students first, they were very attentive and respectful. Then we came to see the doctor. It looked like he was in a rush, he kept interrupting me, got angry and started raising his voice when I mentioned that the day before we had a video call with a private GP (who recommended to go and be seen in person) because I couldn't get an appointment for my I'll daughter. The same doctor was rude to me personally before after he prescribed me antidepressants in September this year. I then came back with side effects asking for further advice and the doctor was rude and said that I don't look depressed to him today and rushed me out of the room. It is very very upsetting and unacceptable.

    Dear Hanna Thank you for yourfeedback.I am sorry that you have not found our service acceptable, we apologise for any distress caused to you. We can see that you were able to book an early morning appointment on the day, this is as good a service as we are able to provide under the current pressures of the NHS, we also make a precedance for children under 5yrs of age to be seen on the day for acute illness. Dr assures me that he maintained a professional manner during your consultation and on checking our telephone system the call was not closed by our staff, maybe a system error occured with the system at the time. We will contact you directly concerning your other issues to offer support and guidance. Once again apologies for any distress caused. Regards Pauline Scott Practice Manager

    The staff at the practice were very polite and helpful. The administration team offered an available appointment to myself as a patient, according to my needs. The medical staff were very knowledgeable, kind, caring and supportive towards myself, during the consultation. Many thanks to all. Best regards.

    I never have a problem getting into this practice. The staff go above and beyond to help me and I'm seen very quickly. Clinicians are fantastic and I feel listened to about all aspects of my health and wellbeing and happy to offer me advice when needed - even if it is not about what I attended for. I always feel involved in decisions about my health and I know I can turn to any member of staff there for support
