    Thorough, caring and efficient care with excellent follow up too. My GP listened carefully to our case and provided an excellent thorough examination accordingly

    I always rave about this surgery as it’s better than any I’ve ever had. They offer many other services making it a one-stop shop ie Physio, Women’s Health specialist and it’s not difficult to get an appointment. I appreciate the ‘triage’ type system when requesting an appt. However, on my most recent visit I was checked by an associate physician who was very thorough in her checks. Despite these she sent me home with advice to come back in a fortnight if symptoms of six weeks already hadn’t improved as coughs were taking longer to clear up for some. This was with no medication. I then received a call advising to have a chest X-ray which for me contradicts the earlier ‘this is normal’ advice.

    Once booked appointment was good, and I had the help with my condition I needed. Plus overall health check. Although I did not see a Dr.

    The worst doctor I have ever encountered and helped with nothing. Wouldn’t even give me a blood test because I have no “red flags”… so now I am having to go private with bupa to actually get professional help that I deserve.

    The doctor was very pleasant and interested in my issues. I had not been seen by him before, but he was very patient about learning about my medical history. I felt no pressure to rush through my issues.
