As usual the nursi I saw was excellent. Not only was she on time, but was very reassuring to me and after about 3 consultations every thing was sorted.

The physio therapist I saw was very understanding, patient and knowledgeable which made me feel very relaxed.

Telephone consultation happened right on time. I was given the information I requested about blood tests. I was spoken to courteously throughout.

I am very grateful for prompt appt. I was given 30mins after phoning. Then being referred to Urology and the Consultant rang me next day and arranged 2 appts and now awaiting procedure. This is all within a month. Thank u very much.

All my family over many years has been so well looked after and supported by all the doctors, nurses and staff at Chatfield Health Centre and we feel very fortunate and lucky !

I find it easy to communicate and get an appointment either by phone, online booking /referral request. I had to see the nurse, called at 3pm on a Friday and got an appointment early Monday. The GP that I've seen a few times is very patient.
