Great practice. The doctors are kind, professional listen to your complaint, do a thorough test and prescribe medicine to ease your illness. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am proud to be a patient.

Chatfield is an amazing practice, the various members of staff always have time for you and they take care of everything that a person with multiple long term condition needs, including checking in on me with annual reviews. We always get an appointment, both face to face and over the phone. Really Happy that I am with Chatfield.

I had a very pleasant first experience with Chatfield Medical Centre personnel. The front desk personnel were welcoming and the physician extremely accurate and polite.

Very focussed on early prevention screening and do it well. Test results back within days and follow up organised promptly

The reception staff are always warmly welcoming and helpful. The doctors are prepared to listen and give their time generously. I would highly recommend this practice.

I attended the surgery for blood pressure and blood tests. The friendly receptionist directed me to the second floor. Within 5 minutes of my arrival I was called in for my tests. The nurse carrying out the tests was both friendly and efficient. In no time at all I was on my way home feeling that I had received excellent NHS service.
