I called up late to see whether I could get an appointment on the same day. The receptionist could hear there was something wrong and went out of her way to make an appointment with the on call doctor that same day. The on call doctor was very understanding and caring.

They currently have an online system where you can ask for an appointment or make other requests (instead of calling in the morning and spending time waiting in the queue). I made an online request in the morning and I was given an appointment on the same day at 2pm. I'm very happy with the service.

I have been with the practice since year 1984 when it was based at Huitt Square, Winstanley estate where I used to live. I moved twice & now living in Earlsfield. I stayed with the practice as they are very clean, helpful & professional, plus I do not like to make changes etc. I went on this occasion for a blood test. It was carried out on time with the appointment that I had made.

Treated with respect &,patience, as Im have ahearing problem and requested a phone call from doctor whic happened wotgin the hour. Very articulate lady,kind ,courteous and definitely can lay claim to beingA1 in dealing with the aged,how nice.

Always a great experience, this has been my practice for more than 30 years and although there have been changes over the years and some of the wonderful staff have moved on you can still expect a helpful and professional response to any problems. The staff are empathetic and go out of their way to ensure you get the best treatment.

I went through one of the hardest times in my life, my sister was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and I brought her to my house to look after. We registered her with Chatfield surgery, and they were soo attentive and came to see my sister personally every week. Which was amazing and gave her a bit of peace to speak to someone and have a doctor nearby who is willing to come to visit. When she sadly passed away at home, we called the surgery and within 20 mins were at my home verifying her death. This was out of usual office hours too. As a Muslim we prefer to bury our deceased as soon as possible. The doctor then went back to the surgery and within an hour we had the certificate. By the grace of Allah and the hardworking staff at Chatfield we were able to bury my sister within 20 hours of death Alhamdullilah Thank you for all your hard work and still remembering me when I see the same doctors again each time I visit.

I had an early morning telephone consultation with my doctor, and she listened to my concerns . She gave great advice when I asked about my diet. Overall, I am very happy and appreciative of all they do for their patients.
