I attended for a blood test the service was very quick and efficient. The nurse was pleasant and the receptionist was very polite.

From the charming receptionist to professional GP I had a good appointment. Thank you . And made appointment for blood tests etc. all very efficient.

I am very happy with the service from the Doctor I was comfortable to talk about my health situation. She listened to my medical issue. Good service from the surgery and excellent staff.

Very helpful on the day and a very understanding doctor unfortunately NHS appointments are rare and the wait time Can be frustrating

I rang late morning and was offered an afternoon appointment. As I was not feeling well they offered a phone call appointment. Doctor did offered alternative to investigate my health problem with a more knowledgeable department next week. Quick response and sensible advice.

I was on time and waiting only a few minutę for appointment . Doctor was very profesional and kind and genty. Also receptionists were very patiently and understand .

The doctors, nurses and receptionists have all been brilliant in helping me deal with a recent, nasty allergic reaction. I feel well looked after and am impressed by their proactive follow-up. Thank you!

I had an emergency medical situation on 13/09/23. My daughter reported incident to the Surgery the next morning; I was asked to attend the surgery same day for evaluation. I got checked out, given necessary medication and discharged. The assurances given were quite re-assuring.

The service is very good overall and very good advice, good referrals but at times very difficult to get appointments especially if you would like to see a particular doctor. If anything urgent the practice finds ways to find a slot.

The patient services team work hard to try and try very hard to make the patient feel heard and give the patient what they need. We are continually working to improve.
