    Had a great experience. The nurse who gave me my blood test results was very kind and explained very well. She was very helpful in helping get referred to hospital for further checks.

    Got a same day telephone appointment and a prescription. The doctor was extremely kind, efficient and understanding.

    I was offered an appointment on the same day. I was then offered another option of either a face to face consultation or telephone. Due to the case of my symptoms I was given another appointment on the same day to investigate further. This was a quick turnaround and I was happy with the service.

    I had been referred to rheumatology and have been quite distressed about my condition for sometime. I wondered why I hadn’t heard anything after 6 weeks and on asking the surgery I was told that my referral had been rejected but nobody knew why. This was really upsetting for me as now the waiting list will be even longer. I don’t know whether this was an error of the surgery or the fault of the hospital I was referred to. I’m really worried and in a lot of pain so I may have to pay privately to see someone which is difficult as it’s hard to afford. Usually I’m happy with Chatfield but I feel a little let down and the GP I spoke with (Not my usual GP) came across as cold and uncaring.

    I saw one of the best doctors’s in the practice on 5/8/24. The doctor took her time to carry out a full holistic assessment. I feel assured of her assessments. She went the extra mile for me and most of her parents. I am grateful to her care. Thanks to the rest of the team within the surgery.

    Yesterday I went to GP, the doctor showed very helpful and considerable manner to my symptoms. She sent me message on time of my result and explain once and once again about my case in order make me understand. Accidentally I left my cloth on the chair, today when I collect it, receptionist return it to me helpfully. I can not help to write those excellent experience here.

    Called for a same day appointment, waited 30 mins for call to be answered. The lady who picked up the call did not say anything I genuinely thought the call had cut off. Upon me saying hello the lady then asked what’s the reason for my call. The lady did not acknowledge me when answering the call. You would expect something on the lines of Chatfield Surgery how can I help? I told the lady I am calling for a follow up appointment and was advised to make an Appointment after my course of antibiotics. The lady then put me on hold with no explanation so again I thought the call had cut off. I patiently waited and hoped the call didn’t cut off as I was on limited time. Suddenly the lady came back to the phone after looking at my notes then proceeded to ask if my problem has cleared. I said no which is the reason for my call. I asked for a same day appointment as advised and was told there is an appointment at 4:15 I asked if there was anything else and the answer was a strong No. I feel your reception staff can do with customer service or front of house training as they are the first point of contact giving a bad reflection of services when dealing with people regarding their health
